The natural forces of the universe generates the rythms of nature and our oceans' tides. Our bodies too have rythms, most commonly known are heartbeat and respiration, but in craniosacral we engage with other rythms including the cranial-sacral rythm, our mid tide, also known as the potency tide and the long tide. Thomas Atlee's book Cranio-Sacral Integration explains this further.
